Colombian specialty coffee produced by the Acevedo Brothers in the coffee-growing region of Antioquia.
It is a varietal 70% Catimor and 30% Castillo with a washed wet mill.
After tasting we find a chocolatey coffee, highlighting an intense chocolate, honey and panela flavor. We will appreciate a creamy, round and consistent body.
