Colombian specialty coffee from the hand of Jaime Figueroa. Specifically from the Lusitana farm in the coffee-growing district of Garzón in the Huila region.
This is a castillo and tambo varietal with a natural wet milling process and anaerobic fermentation.
After tasting we find a chocolatey coffee, highlighting flavors of cane sugar, almond, and dark chocolate. We will appreciate a creamy texture and a medium-creamy intensity.
