After tasting we find a floral coffee, highlighting jasmine and knotted fruits. We will appreciate a creamy texture and a medium-full intensity.

Oromo Citro is produced by a family exporter in the coffee-growing region of Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia. The exporter was founded by owners who had more than a decade of previous experience in coffee production in Sidama and Yirgacheffe areas. Since its establishment it has been a trusted partner for different companies around the world being among the first to play a big role in the specialty market and continues to do so.
It has its own mill to process the coffeeswith its well-equipped laboratory. In total it has 54 permanent employees and more than 140 daily employees. Commitment, quality and consistency are the virtues built over the two decades invested in the coffee business.
The coffee-growing region of Yirgacheffe has 6 coffee-growing districts where approximately 614,007 inhabitants live and has a surface area of 1,211 km². This region has 6 coffee growing districts, these districts are home to more than 45,000 families that cultivate approximately 60,000 hectares of Arabica coffee of the Kurume and Heirloom varietals. It is the second largest coffee growing region in the country.
