FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will I receive my first order?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a weekday will ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Truly fresh, not from a warehouse.
Can I change the type of coffee every month?
Yes. From your account, you can change your flavor profile (chocolatey, fruity, floral...) before your next order is processed. You're in charge.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Whenever you want and at no cost. Manage everything from your account or write to us and we'll do it for you. No long-term commitment, no surprises.
Is shipping included?
Yes, always. Shipping is included in the subscription price for peninsular Spain.
Is it the same coffee every month?
No. We work with seasonal origins—each month could be a different coffee within the profile you chose. Always the best available at that time.
What's the difference between a subscription and a one-time purchase?
Besides convenience, a subscription has a lower price per bag than a one-time purchase. And always fresh coffee — you'll never buy coffee that's been sitting in a warehouse for weeks.
