🌱 Iwan Putra – Atu Lintang, Aceh

Iwannitosa (Iwan) Putra is a farmer and processor in Atu Lintang , Takengon district. In addition to his own plot, he buys cherries from approximately 440 small-scale growers . He has built a wet processing facility and drying tents , properly treats wastewater , and maintains extremely strict cherry selection to ensure quality.
This natural lot comes from 50 growers in Bener Meriah (central Aceh). The cherries are floated to separate them by density and then dried under a canopy for 15–25 days , depending on the weather. Volcanic soils, an altitude of 1,400–1,600 m , and Catimor/S. Lini genetics combine for a clean, sweet cup.
The processing station is located on a mountaintop about 1 hour from Takengon, in an area widely recognized for its high-quality Arabica coffee and the coffee-growing tradition of the Gayo people.
