🌱 Musaza – Rwamatamu Community

Rwamatamu is a family-owned coffee producer founded in 2015 by Rutaganda Gaston and Mukantwaza Laeticia, based in the Nyamasheke sector. They work directly and sustainably with coffee farmers in Nyamasheke and Mbare, building close relationships to promote quality, stability, and local development.
Beyond production, Rwamatamu promotes community initiatives in both regions. In Nyamasheke, it leads a women's cooperative, where local producers organize to learn, share knowledge, and collaborate with others interested in coffee cultivation, generating new income opportunities and long-term economic stability.
In Mbare, they are developing a similar project through a youth association aimed at people aged 18 to 35, with the goal of fostering interest and skills in coffee farming among new generations. The result is a fruity, floral, and expressive natural coffee, reflecting both the potential of Red Bourbon and the strength of an organized community.
