This exporter was founded in 1980 , being the first decaffeinator in Latin America with the best technology in the industry , for the analysis of the processes, obtaining the best quality and yield of the grain, achieving decaffeination that exceeds 99% of water-based extraction , patented in 1987 and certified organic in 2003. Company ethics can be defined as a business strategy in which commitments and responsibilities are made to the exporter's key groups: customers, employees, shareholders, suppliers and creditors, competition, community where government authorities operate.
The coffee region of Chiapas is located in the southwest region of the country, bordering Tabasco to the north, its capital is Tuxtla Gutiérrez. 5.5 million inhabitants live in the Chiapas region and its surface area is 252,744 km². Chiapas has 88 coffee-growing districts . These districts are home to more than 70,000 families dedicated to coffee growing.
