Ethiopian specialty coffee from small producers in the Sidama region.
It is a heirloom varietal with a wet mill from a washed process and aerobic fermentation.
After the tasting we find a fruity coffee, highlighting flavors of jasmine, apricot and grapefruit. We will appreciate a buttery texture and a medium intensity.
