Specialty coffee from Colombia, produced by Camayo, grown on the La Primavera coffee estate in the Cauca region.
This is a Castillo Tambo varietal with a wet benefit of washed process, 24-hour aerobic parchment fermentation and open-air drying.
After tasting, we find a coffee with a pronounced aroma, ham flower, panela and lemongrass. It has a silky body resulting in a clean, balanced and uniform cup. The residual flavor is long and sweet, with notes of panela, blackberry and honey.

Carlos has two hectares with nine thousand Castillo variety trees. His coffee estate, La Primavera, is located in the Piendamó region, in the center of the Cauca department, at an altitude of 2,150 meters above sea level. On this farm, only one harvest is made per year, there is no post-harvest or cross-harvest, hence it is a single harvest.
