Colombian specialty coffee grown by Mé at Finca La Palma, located in the Cauca region.
This 100% varietal Gesha lot has been carefully processed to highlight its exceptional complexity in the cup. The coffee is received in the cherry and graded according to its ripeness. It then undergoes a 48-hour anaerobic pre-fermentation , while still in the cherry, and finishes with open-air drying , which preserves its vibrant sensorial profile.
On the palate, it has a very floral fragrance with notes of blackcurrant and watermelon . On the palate, flavors of grapes, watermelon, jasmine , and a touch of spice stand out, with bright, clean acidity and a juicy body .
