Specialty coffee from Uganda produced by smallholder farmers in the Rwenzori region, processed by Agri Evolve.

It is a SL14 and SL28 varietal with a washed wet benefit with aerobic fermentation.

After tasting, we find a fruity coffee, highlighting flavors of apricot, green apple and caramel. We will appreciate a medium body with a clean and juicy body.

Midnight Flyer is a traceable specialty coffee sourced from smallholder farmers in the Rwenzori Mountains of Uganda. It was harvested between March and May 2024, and its drying process, which combines sun and machine drying, gives it a rich and complex flavor profile. In collaboration with Agri Evolve, a company that supports sustainable agricultural development in the region, this coffee reflects a commitment to quality, equity, and sustainability. Agri Evolve helps farmers improve coffee quality, offer fair prices, and access the global market.

Each bean of this coffee comes from small farms ranging from 1.5 to 2.2 acres, where volcanic soil conditions (Haplic Phaeozem) and sustainable farming practices enhance its flavor. The goal is to offer complete transparency to consumers, connecting them directly with the farmers behind this product.
